5. Move your mail ‘to the cloud’. This basically means you choose from the many hosted exchange providers out there. 99% of your mail-related issues will be resolved by doing this and you will gain all the benefits of Mail for Exchange.

I use Ringcentral which provides me with a London telephone number. It follows me around wherever I go either on a landline or mobile.

What about dropOffice? This is an app that allows you to scan documents and store them online. In combination with OCR you can convert your images in to text.
